Our Weekly Curriculum Schedule

  • 1st Week: Form / Kick Correction / Fall
  • 2nd Week: TMA / Self-Defense
  • 3rd Week: Weapon / 1-Step Sparring
  • 4th Week: Combo Kicks / Olympic Sparring
  • Sparring Gear is required for all students
    TMA (Total Martial Arts): Traditional Gloves Required
    Weapon: Bring your own weapon (Nunchaku or Bo-Staff or Kali Sticks)
    Fitness (Beginner) / Muay Thai KICKBOXING (inter/Adv): Adults Only!
    Personal Training: Kickboxing, Taekwondo, and Boot Camp personal training available. Please
    ask our staff about personal, and small group training packages!
